Orex Minerals, Inc. and Silverex S.A. de C.V. have formed a joint venture to explore and develop the Santa Cruz property in Durango, Mexico. The property is located between producing mines San Dimas (Tayoltita) Goldcorp and La Cienega, Peñoles. It has been privately owned for most of the last 100 years, and features:

> Over 21 kilometres of Au and Ag bearing veins on    property

> An on-site Mill

> Small-scale mining at La Fragua Mine

> Under-explored Western District
    - 4 veins measuring over 4 kilometres with no       previous drilling.
    - Historic underground sample measured Au 5,500       g/t, Ag 110,000 g/t

> Exploration program commenced in April 2009, first    phase of drilling is 3000 metres

> Experienced Management team with previous    exploration success

> Large land position: 21,000 Hectares
