| | | Gary Cope has more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance and 12 years as a senior officer and director of various publicly-held companies. He has an extensive background in corporate strategy, as well as significant experience with the financing of publicly-held companies. Mr. Cope arranged financing for the South Kemess project and later became heavily involved with the negotiations and selling of the deposit to Royal Oak. Previously he was the President & CEO of Eaglecrest Explorations Ltd. and is currently the President of Orex Minerals Inc. |

| | | Ben Whiting has 30 years of experience in the international mining industry. He has worked for both major and junior mining companies managing a wide range of operations, from exploration all the way through to production. He also has experience as an advisor to government agencies. Formerly an adjunct Professor at Queen's University, Mr. Whiting was awarded the Aaro Aho Foundation's prize in Economic Geology and the 2008 IAC "Explorer of the Year" award. He is currently Chief Geologist for Orex Minerals Inc. |

He has held management and supervisory positions and has also consulted with various mining companies including Cominco Ltd., Echo Bay Mines and Pan American Silver Corp. Currently the Chief Geologist for Blackcomb Minerals Inc., he was previously the primary Consulting Geologist for Goldcorp Inc. |

| | | George Cavey has over 30 years experience, primarily with his consulting firm Orequest Consultants, through which he has supervised exploration projects throughout North, South, and Central America and West Africa since 1982. In 2004 he was the recipient of the C.J. Westerman Award - APEGBC's highest honour for a Professional Geoscientist. He is past President of the Canadian Council of Professional Geoscientists. He is the recipient of the 2010 Canadian Professional Geoscientist Award. |

A graduate of the University of San Luis Potosi, he was the chief of exploration for Goldcorp's San Dimas -- Tayolita operations and has extensive experience throughout the Sierra Madre Occidental mountain. He is a member of La Asociacon de Ingenieros de Minas Metalurgistas y Geologos de Mexico. |
